Rina Rai is a founding partner of Rai Fink Ebner. For more than three decades, she has concentrated her practice on construction-defect litigation, insurance defense, and general liability across Arizona and California, representing hundreds of contractors in complex matters and resolving cases through both trial and negotiated settlement.

She is a past chair of the State Bar of Arizona’s Construction Section and currently serves as Vice Chair of the State Bar of Arizona’s BLS Construction Defect Law Advisory Commission for the 2026–2028 term. She is also a co-author of The Arizona Construction Law Manual, published by the State Bar of Arizona, and continues to write and speak on general liability and construction claims. Rina is a member of the State Bar of Arizona, the California State Bar, the Maricopa County Bar Association, and the Arizona Association of Defense Counsel.
